How we work

• We build before we sell. You see the finished site before paying anything. If you do not like it, you have paid nothing.
• We do not hand you a folder of files. Hosting, SSL, backups and updates stay with us, on our own infrastructure.
• The domain is yours, registered in your company name. Move it whenever you want, including on the way out.
• No long-term contract. You stay because it is worth it, not because you are tied in.
• One company to call. Not a designer, plus a host, plus whoever set up the domain.

What we do not do

• We do not invent things about your business. No fabricated reviews, no years of experience you do not have, no client logos you never worked with. Every site is checked for this automatically before it goes out.
• We do not sell rankings. We handle the technical side — clean URLs, sitemaps, speed, indexing — and we are honest that content and reputation are the rest of it, and they are your work, which we help with.
• We do not lock you in. Ask for your site as files and you get them.
• We do not bill surprises. The subscription is the price; work outside it is quoted before it starts.

How your data is handled

• Enquiries from your site are emailed to you and stored so they are not lost. Nothing is sold or shared.
• We publish a privacy policy and a data processing agreement, and we honour access and deletion requests.
• Visitor analytics, where enabled, are first-party — no third-party advertising trackers on your site.
