How it works
In short: what we offer, how you pay, how you request changes, how you cancel, and how we fix problems. No surprises.

What we offer
We build, host and maintain a presentation website for your business. You pick the package, we handle everything else — design, copy, publishing and maintenance. The site is publicly accessible at a subdomain address or, if you want, at your own domain.
How it goes
- You pick a package and give us your business details.
- We build the site and publish it for you.
- We keep it online and apply the changes you request, within the package limits.
- You can move up or down a package anytime, with the price adjusted.
Payment
The service is a monthly subscription. Payment is processed by Polar, our payments partner, which collects the payment and issues your invoice. The subscription renews automatically every month, on the same date, until you cancel.
Changes to the site
You request a change by email and we apply it — text, images, sections or opening hours, within the reasonable limits of your package. No hidden costs for changes that are included.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, from your account or by an email to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid — no penalties. On request, we make your content (text, images) available to you within a reasonable time.
Your content
The content you give us (text, images, logo) stays yours. We display no credit or name of ours on your site — the site looks like yours, because it is yours.
How we fix problems
If something isn't working or you want a correction, write to us at [email protected]. Here's how we work:
- We normally reply on the same business day.
- Urgent issues (site down, a visible error) take priority and we fix them as fast as possible.
- Small, everyday changes (text, images, minor tweaks) are usually done in 1–2 business days.
- Larger changes (new pages, a redesign, new features or big projects) are estimated separately and can take longer — from a few days to a few weeks, and for complex projects even a few months, depending on the scale. We give you a timeline before we start.
- We keep you posted until it's resolved — we never leave you without an answer.
We make reasonable efforts to keep your site available at all times, but no web platform can guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation. When an outage happens, our priority is to fix it quickly.
Personal data
We use your data (contact, billing) only to provide your service, in line with GDPR. You can request access, correction or deletion anytime by writing to [email protected].
