Privacy Policy
What personal data we process when we build, host and maintain a website for you - and what your rights are under the GDPR.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. What we collect
- Account & billing: the business owner's name, email, phone and the site content you provide. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Vetrosoft is the seller and issues your invoice.
- Consent record: when you activate a subscription you agree to our Terms and this policy. We store a timestamped record of that agreement (the date, the version you saw, and the IP address it came from) as our legal audit trail.
- Website visitor data: messages sent through your site's contact form are forwarded to you by email. Our analytics are cookieless and store no IP address or personal identifiers.
2. Why we process it, and the legal basis
- To provide, host, support and update your website (performance of our contract).
- To contact you about your account and the service (contract, or your consent).
- To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
3. Who we share it with (processors)
- Stripe: payment processing and tax calculation.
- Cloudflare: hosting, CDN and object storage, including the private consent audit log.
- Brevo (and Resend as failover): transactional and contact-form email delivery.
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Retention
Account and site data are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after it ends. Consent and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, a copy of (export), correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to non-essential contact at any time. Email [email protected], and see our Data Processing terms for how we handle data on your behalf. You also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.
6. This website
vetrosoft.com itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage, and it is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data to deliver and protect the site.
